The hotel has a swimming pool, spa, restaurant and wellness center.

Cooperation with Andrzejczuk Sp. z o.o. is cooperation on a partnership basis, which is why we offer 3-year contracts and profitability distribution in the proportion of 70% / 30%. With a dynamically developing market, cooperation for a period of 3 years gives the tenant flexibility as to future conditions of cooperation. The rate of return depending on the premises and the season ranges between 5 and 8% on an annual basis. In addition, as part of cooperation, you will receive the opportunity to order a comprehensive finish with turnkey apartment equipment (according to the standard presented in the projects).
